Storycraft Pioneers Level 2 – Part A (Ages 11-14)

Time to animate like a pro! Storycraft Pioneers – Level 2 (Part A) takes young filmmakers (ages 11–14) deeper into the craft — mastering the animation principles that make characters truly come alive. Over four weekly sessions, students build on their Level 1 skills with hands-on claymation, timing techniques and their own acting reference.

What they'll do
• Bring characters to life with core animation principles — squash & stretch, ease in and out, and anticipation
• Explore claymation — sculpting their own characters and designing detailed backgrounds
• Record and use their own video reference to animate believable movement and acting
• Level up with more advanced techniques — from timing tools to working with (and hiding) rigs

Format
• 4 weekly sessions · 90 minutes each · small groups (max 12)
• All materials and equipment provided — just bring imagination!
